JACKSONVILLE, Fla. –Regions Bank on Thursday announced Tim Hamilton, Commercial Banking Leader for Regions in Northeast Florida, has been appointed to serve as Market Executive for the bank in Jacksonville and surrounding communities.
Hamilton is part of a leadership team of bankers leveraging their local experience and market insights to expand Regions’ client base throughout greater Jacksonville.
As Market Executive, Hamilton will work with colleagues and community members to identify opportunities for the bank and its associates to make a meaningful difference in response to local needs. Through volunteer service, nonprofit support, delivering financial education, and more, Hamilton and Regions’ entire leadership team will consistently reflect the company’s commitment to meeting clients’ needs and supporting the surrounding areas.
Hamilton will also continue serving as Commercial Banking Leader, overseeing Jacksonville-area teams that deliver customized financial solutions for large companies and major employers.

Hamilton joined Regions in November 2012 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking. Over the last five-and-a-half years, he has effectively managed and grown the company’s Commercial Banking portfolio while delivering a variety of customized financial solutions to companies in Central and Northeast Florida. Previously, he served business clients of an Ohio-based bank for nearly 14 years.
Hamilton’s community involvement has included over 20 years of volunteer support for various chapters of United Way. He has also served as a committee chair for the American Heart Association and as finance chair and treasurer for Goodwill of Central Florida. Currently, Hamilton serves on the Junior Achievement Jacksonville Board of Directors. He is also active with the JaxUSA Partnership and recently was nominated as a Real Men Wear Pink Ambassador for the American Cancer Society.
Regions’ Jacksonville leadership team also includes Jennifer Kirouac, who serves as Consumer Banking Manager overseeing the company’s branch-banking operations at Regions locations across Duval, Nassau and St. Johns Counties. Kirouac has been with Regions for nearly 19 years and has held roles of increasing responsibility in shaping the personal services delivered by dozens of local Regions bankers throughout the area.
Josh Allen also serves as Consumer Banking Manager for Regions and leads branch-banking activities primarily in the southern portion of the Jacksonville market. Allen and his teams in communities such as Orange Park, St. Johns and St. Augustine, work to deliver consistent levels of personalized services, reflecting Regions’ commitment to helping people reach their financial goals. Allen joined the bank in 2010.
Further, Erik Johnson of Regions Private Wealth Management leads a team of investment professionals along the eastern coast of Florida who serve clients through tailored financial advice and market insights. As Private Wealth Area Business Manager, Johnson and his team reach high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with customized solutions designed to accomplish a variety of investment objectives. Johnson has nearly 30 years of financial services experience and joined Regions in July 2010.
Also, Jim Branch serves as Jacksonville-based Mortgage Production Manager for Regions. Branch’s team meets the residential financing needs of clients across Northeast Florida, specializing in construction and renovation loans, mortgages for first-time homebuyers, financing for self-employed borrowers, condominium financing and other home financing needs. Branch has over 16 years of mortgage banking experience, including over 10 years serving Regions Mortgage customers.
Together, each of these leaders, across all departments, will focus their teams on reaching the objectives of Regions360, the bank’s comprehensive approach to meeting customers’ needs.
