CENTRALIA, Ill. – Sept. 13, 2017 – Regions Bank on Wednesday formally announced the opening of a newly expanded Regions branch serving Centralia and surrounding communities.
The branch, located at the corner of West Broadway and West McCord Street, previously served as a drive-through banking facility. It has now been renovated and expanded into a full-service branch with more local financial professionals to serve Centralia-area customers and businesses.

Renovations to the facility allowed Regions to expand the location into a full-service branch.
The expanded location houses Regions associates who previously worked in the drive-through facility as well as those who served at the company’s prior location along Locust Street. The renovated facility on Broadway allows Regions associates to work in a collaborative environment while serving customers at a more modern location.
“Our focus is developing a deeper relationship with each customer we serve,” Schwartz said. “If you need to come by just to make a quick transaction, we have what you need here. But we can also take the time to sit down with you and develop a customized road map to help you reach your long-term financial goals. This new location helps us serve you better than ever.”
Along with the personal service provided at the branch, the facility offers a Regions DepositSmart ATM. In addition to dispensing cash, the DepositSmart ATM can accept deposits and cash checks for customers at any time, day or night.
Regions is also preparing to make an additional DepositSmart ATM available later this fall at the corner of McCord and Elm. This second ATM will allow the Regions location to more effectively and efficiently serve customers seeking to make quick transactions.
The main branch is open during regular business hours on weekdays as well as on Saturday mornings.
