BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – October 16, 2017 – Regions Bank today announced that George Trible has joined the company to lead the bank’s Contact Center. The Contact Center handles approximately 80 million customer contacts a year through interactive voice response (IVR), inbound and outbound live person calls, chat, email and social media contacts for Regions. It operates locations in Birmingham, Pensacola, and Memphis.
George comes to Regions from Wells Fargo, where he had been the bank’s Central Alabama Region Area President since 2009 and had previously served in a variety of retail leadership positions. He brings more than 20 years of consumer experience and expertise to Regions.
Trible received a BA from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Active in the community, Trible is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Birmingham and Chairman of the Board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Alabama-Mississippi Chapter. He also serves on the McWane Science Center Board of Trustees and the A.G. Gaston Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors.
