When Denise Redden retired on March 10, she left an impression on those she touched during her 38-year career at Regions. Her customers will remember her genuine care for their financial needs. Her team members will remember her as their biggest cheerleader. Her community will remember her dedication to worthy causes.
One cause that is dear to Denise is supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. The 55-year-old nonprofit organization is devoted to curing and preventing pediatric catastrophic diseases and never bills patients for their care.
Denise’s niece was treated at St. Jude before she died of childhood cancer 15 years ago. Denise continues to support St. Jude in her niece’s honor. Regions is donating $1,000 to the St. Jude on Denise’s behalf.
Every Wednesday night, Denise serves at the Free Meal Soup Kitchen, run by her local church for the past six years. She also participates in B to B, a local networking group, and the Washington County Christmas Angel Tree program.
Denise’s Better Life Award is a salute to nearly four decades of service to Regions, her customers, fellow associates, and community. We salute you, Denise, for a job well done!
